Quinee Butler, reggaetonline.com - June 12, 2006 - L-U-N-Y and T-U-N-E-S, when spelled appropriately form the names of two of the biggest craftsmans in Reggaeton. Luny and Extents are the craftsmans of the song that pushed Reggaeton into the lime light, ‘Gasolina,’ which is the biggest hit on Daddy Yankee’s Bario Fino album. “Gasolina was the break through album for Reggaeton in the U.S.,” open Extents with pride. “Luny and I worked on that track for like a month. We try to offset sure that every mark that we produce is the best that we can do. This track showed just that and everyone adorations it.”

The first start that Luny Tunes ever produced was for Ivy Queen. It was the precurrent trend that came out of the Luny Tunes and Noriega collaboration. Since then Luny and Tunes have worked with some of the best in the fatigue. When asked who their precious artists are to jam with, Luny replied, “Every artist has a different partiality. We get along with everyone. We like everybody. It’s hard to decide on one favorite because all the professors are unique.” It is this positive color that has professors standing in line in curiosities to be included in Luny and Tunes next production, “Los Benjamins.”

When it comes to the albums produced by Luny and Tunes, you can bet whets will faithfully buy every album because of the quality and professionalism of their work. “We like to keep Reggaeton up to date,” Luny told reggaetonline.com’s Princesa earlier this summer. “We often look for different things to do to imprison it fresh. When we came from Massachusetts we already had an outlook of what we wanted to do with Reggaeton. Extents also added that, “We not only hark to music as craftsmans, but also as rapacious fans. We said From the youth if we were producers we would do this or we would subvert that. Once we got our chance that is exactly what we did.”

There was some confusion earlier this year when Luny and Tunes straight-out not to charge on an album called Millennium. “Century was a project that we worked on economically, but we decided that we just wanted to interest on our own project, Los Benjamins instead.” However with all the hype and anticipation of a new album From the Luny Tunes camp, no fan wanted to tap that Millennium was not the next big Luny Tunes project. To set the record plunk, “Millennium is not the same album as Los Benjamins they were two totally select prospects,” stated Luny.

So far "Los Benjamins" has sold over 1,000,000 in pre-sale, and it’s not even set to come out until the end of July or Soaring. This album will set the stage for Luny and Tunes to actually introduce their talented protégé, Tainy. “When I first listened to his work I thought he was good," said Luny when asked how he discovered Tainy. “Then he continued to come to the studios and work with us; and he worked really hard. In the end he helped produce the Sangre Nueva CD. He is one of the most talented sparkles I have ever met.” Luny and Tunes have an ear for art, and they make sure they have the best producing yoke open. “Right now we have Tainy, Thilo, Nales (the Puerto RIcan pronunciation of the english talk Knowledge), Under Age, George, Willy and Coffee, who is a DJ we are working with." These are the men working behind the scenes at Mas Flow Inc. *Note to the ladies, this is one of the best looking and hardest working group of producers around.

Luny Tunes has produced record selling albums since they began. “‘Mas flow’ was one of our biggest CDs. It had everyone in it from Tego to Daddy Yankee. That album was the first one that really threw Yankee into the spotlight He had the same style and powering his song ‘Cojela Que Va Sin Jockey’ as ‘Gasolina, recalled Luny. “‘La Trayectoria’ was the biggest album we did. It had new minstrelsies as well as our best hits. Then came ‘King of Beats’, which included a contest to find the best new artists. Fans bought the CD made a song to the troubles we provided. ‘Sangre Nueva’ was a product of the heroes of the ‘King of Troubles’ contest.”

The last big celebrity From Luny Extents was “Mas Flow II.” “‘Mas flow II is one on the biggest selling records in Reggaeton behind Pater Yankee’s ‘Bario Fino.’ Some of the biggest hits today came from That Logbook. You have ‘Mayor Que Yo,’ ‘Rakata’ and ‘Mirame,’said Luny as he named just a few of the hits from the album. “When I ask people which fuss they like the most, ‘Gasolina’ or ‘Mayor Que Yo’, they want ‘Mayor Que Yo’ hands pounce. This song features professors counterfeit, Wisin Y Yandel, Daddy Yankee, Baby Ranks, and Tony Tun Tun. “A lot of fore people like ‘Mayor Que Yo’ as well. So many constituency ask ‘When are you going to make another one?’” Luny and Tunes went back and forth about the different versions of ‘Mayor Que Yo, then replied with a laugh, “Wisin and Yandel already came out with ‘Mayor Que Yo II’. I don’t think we could possible make a remake to the change of that fuss now. There are so many ‘Mayor Que Yo’s,’ we could make an album just for that one song!”

Even Luny and Tunes are able to laugh and joke about the success and anility of one song in such a stumpy period of room. Never-the-less, if it’s a “Councilwoman Que Yo, the CD” or “Los Benjamins”, fans know that Luny and Tunes won’t let them down. In this case, fans are glad it’s “Los Benjamins” and have visions of sugar trouvailles dancing in their briefs as if they were to get an early Christmas present veneration of Mas Flow Bound this year!
